Implementation of recommendations
We publish a table recording which of our recommendations have been implemented by government.
Programmes of reform
The Commission follows a programme of law reform that is prepared following consultation and approved by Scottish Ministers. Each Programme covers a period of 5 years. The current Programme is our Tenth, running from 2018 until the end of 2022.
Annual reports
Each annual report considers the progress made by the Commission on the law reform projects planned for that year.
Newsletter
Twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn, we produce a Newsletter giving news about our work and progress on our current projects.
