How we are performing
Programmes of reform
The Commission follows a programme of law reform that is prepared following consultation and approved by Scottish Ministers. Each Programme covers a period of 5 years. The current Programme is our Eighth, running from 2010 until the end of 2014.
Annual reports
Each annual report considers the progress made by the Commission on the law reform projects planned for that year.

Twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn, we produce a Newsletter giving news about our work and progress on our current projects.
