Send us your comments

We welcome your views on any aspect of our programme of law reform and invite you to suggest areas of Scots law we should be investigating in order to make recommendations for improvement.

Consultation is a vital element of the our work and we would be very grateful to receive your response to any of our proposals. We take all comments into account when making our final recommendations to Ministers.

You can also send us comments about our website.

Please note it is not part of our role to investigate complaints about solicitors or government departments or to give legal advice to individuals. You should contact the Law Society of Scotland or a solicitor for help with these areas. Alternatively, a Citizens Advice Bureau may be able to offer initial guidance.

Contact form

As well as the form below we have electronic response forms (in Word format) containing specific questions for each of our current law reform consultations. These can be found on the Consultations page.
