Joint projects
The Commission occasionally engages in projects jointly with the Law Commission for England and Wales and the Northern Ireland Law Commission where the area of law in question has implications for each jurisdiction.
Our current joint projects are:
- Consolidation of statutes
- Consumer redress for misleading and aggressive practices
- Insurance law
- Level crossings
- Regulation of health care professionals
- Statute law repeals
