Seminar on Execution in Counterpart

We will be holding a seminar on Execution in Counterpart at the University of Edinburgh on 29 November 2012 at 4:45pm.  All welcome.  The seminar, held jointly with the Centres for Private and Commercial Law at Edinburgh University, will discuss a draft bill which takes forward some of the proposals in our Discussion Paper on Formation of Contract (DP No 154).  For more information see our flier.
