The First Minister has unveiled her 2016/17 Programme for Government

The Commission welcomes the First Minister's announcement of the Programme for Government 2016-17 which includes a Bill implementing the recommendations in our Report on Third Party Rights in Contract.   The Programme can be accessed at http://www.gov.scot/programme2016
