Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Bill

The Scottish Law Commission welcomes the introduction of a UK Bill to implement the Commission’s recommendations for reform of the criminal liability of partnerships in Scots law.  The Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Bill was introduced to the House of Lords on 5 November by the Advocate General for Scotland.  The Commission and the UK Government worked closely together to bring forward this measure.  For more details  http://www.scotlandoffice.gov.uk/scotlandoffice/18064.html
