Automated Vehicles - consultation paper published

The third and final publication in our Autonomous Vehicle project, which we are carrying out jointly with the Law Commission of England and Wales, is published today.  We consult on a regulatory framework for the safe deployment of automated vehicles on British roads.  The consultation is open for comment until 18 March 2021.  For more information see our news release; the consultation paper, along with a summary, is available on our current consultations page .
