Tenements owners' associations: lessons from Europe

The final webinar in our international comparative law series is now open for registration. We will learn about the law of apartment ownership in four different countries: Belgium, Poland, Portugal and Spain, looking in particular at the mechanisms available in those jurisdictions to enforce payment of maintenance and improvement costs.
