Report on Review of Contract Law: Formation, Interpretation, Remedies for Breach, and Penalty Clauses

The Scottish Law Commission today publishes its Report on Review of Contract Law: Formation, Interpretation, Remedies for Breach, and Penalty Clauses.  The Report marks the culmination of a general review of Scots contract law carried out by the Commission over a number of years. Here is a link to  Youtube video of Professor MacQueen talking about the Report and a news release is also available.  For further details, see our project page.
