21 May 2013 - Seminar on Groundless Threats in Patent, Trade Mark and Design Litigation

On 13 May 2013, a seminar organised by the Scottish Law Commission on behalf of the Law Commission was kindly hosted by Shepherd and Wedderburn. The aim of the event was to engage with the views of Scottish intellectual property stakeholders on the issues raised in a project of the Law Commission on groundless threats in relation to patents, trade marks and design rights. An interesting and useful discussion took place between solicitors, advocates and a number of patent and trade mark attorneys. The Law Commission welcomes responses to the consultation before 17 July.
