Bill to implement Execution in Counterpart Report - Scottish Parliamentary process for Commission Bills

The Scottish Law Commission welcome the introduction to the Scottish Parliament of a Scottish Government Bill to bring formation of contract into the modern era.  The Bill will implement the Commission's recommendations in our Report in 2013 on Execution in Counterpart.  The Bill will be the first to be considered for the new Parliamentary process for implementing Commission Reports.
