Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Report and Bill

The Law Commission for England and Wales and the Scottish Law Commission have published their joint Report on the consolidation of the legislation relating to Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies.

The Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Bill was introduced in the UK Parliament on 18 December 2013.
