New regime for judicial factories in Scotland

A factor is a person appointed to look after property belonging to another.  A judicial factor is a person appointed by the court to gather, hold, safeguard and administer property which is not being properly managed.  Judicial factors carry out their duties under the supervision of the court.  For more details of this project please go to the project page.
